water, worms, and still no internet

Lots of water lately - if we aren't swimming, then we are playing in the rain.

And Zachariah has a new fascination with all bugs. Yesterday, we stalked a huge bumblebee/wasp-looking thing that for some reason could not fly. We lost him in a tree. Today, we went on a worm hunt (in the rain of course). We searched and searched. Finally googled how to ask for worms in spanish ("donde estan los gusanos?"), asked one of the nice men doing some gardening on the property, he used his chainsaw to dig in the dirt, and found us a worm. Terribly exciting stuff for a 5 year old. When we finally had Slimy (you may or may not know that Zac names EVERYthing), we made him a home, played with him a little bit too much, accidentally "broke" him, cried, prayed, and made plans for another worm hunt tomorrow. Except I don't have a chainsaw, so wish me luck.

No internet still. Sorry! We've been busy with cares, tenants, and other things that, well, keep us busy.

That's all for now. Have a wonderful weekend!!
