We were noticing when our friends came over, poor SG was the only kid not allowed on the stairs. Even with kids younger than her. It still really freaks out Brian, but she needs to know *how* to get up and down, and she knows she needs to be on her hands and knees the whole time.
ANYways, she is thrilled and is really enjoying her new independence. So am I! When Bubby is at school, she rules the entire upstairs including the playroom, and the TV in the playroom. (coveted!) I can hear her dancing and singing, and one time I snuck up to find her standing on a chair giving a concert. Completely priceless!!
We did soon figure out that she ate all her toothpaste, but she is still alive, and we proofed the bathroom doors after that, and it's all good.
One problem though... a certain little someone now thinks he needs the same privilege!
