Updates on us:
Selah Grace!
Her latest accomplishments:
*ba-ba-ba-ba
*ma-ma-ma-ma
*ga-ga-ga-ga
*da-da-da-da
*smacking her lips
*giving kisses
*"blowing" on her food (really snorting through her nose.. haha)
She is still the best baby sleeper ever, as long as she is in complete darkness with a crib full of pacis.
She has the MOST ADORABLE smile and when she is feeling extra cute, she hunches up her shoulders and giggles. Melt. My. Heart.
Zachariah!
*He has a terribly exciting week of (first!) soccer practice, choir, Awanas, a birthday party, then a boys hunting weekend. It's so much, he can hardly stand all the waiting!
*His teacher moved Richard to his table. We pray for Richard at home, but Zac told me this morning that he can't pray at school. Hoping he isn't needing to, for his own safety and stuff like that. (ha!)
*We found his two lost items, and now everything is clearly labeled. Lesson learned!
*We got his Halloween Costume - Obi Wan Kanobi. Surprised? Nah. He's already worn it, of course.
*Still no learning at school yet.... But he did go to centers for the first time today and surprised me by playing in the Home Living center. Apparently the two telephones in there are really hot items.
*He loves his daily jokes, and apparently it's a hit at his lunch table. If you know me, then you know this fulfills many hopes and dreams of mine. Because it's not about him, it's about me. Right?
Mommy!
*I still feel awful! I am 14 weeks today. I renamed the baby Bad Bad Leroy Brown. My zofran was running out, so I decided to try and NOT take it. (zofran is anti-nausea medication by the way, which actually does not stop my nausea at all, but it does stop me from vomiting) Anyways, by the time I realized I actually should probably take a pill, and did, I promptly threw it up and had a really bad night after that. So, I called in for a refill today! I was sick until 17 weeks with SG. Lord help me through the next 3. :(
*I feel the baby move every once in a while. And only at times when I'm laying flat on my tummy, like when I'm falling asleep. It's sweet. Poor little guy doesn't mean to make me so sick!
*Went to a consignment sale, but didn't buy any baby things. I just want one more confirmation it's a boy since they told us so early. I did buy a ton of winter things for Selah Grace. In the 6-9 month department - bless her little heart! Also got some winter things for myself, since I mostly have summer things.
*My dentist appointments have continued. And nothing is worse than dental work mixed with morning sickness. Or later, throwing up when your jaw is already sore. This root canal is almost done, though. I think I only have 2 more appts to go.
*It's been very special to have so much one-on-one time with Selah Grace lately. Although she does a LOT of napping, our time together is precious. She has become much more loving in the past week or so - lots of cuddling and hugging - things she never did before. And I just love it! She's just precious!!
*Oh, and my birthday was last week. The week before, I guess. Anyway, I felt horrible that day! So, we are taking a raincheck on the whole birthday thing. :) I'm PRAYING that I feel better by the kids' birthdays!
Daddy!
*He's doing his best to take care of everything around here in the evenings when I fall apart. He has become an expert ice-crusher for me, a great cook, and when all else fails - happily serves and eats cereal for dinner. He also gives me the couch and lies on the floor to watch tv. In his "free time" he is cleaning my car and doing the laundry and making mass amounts of food for our events. All the while, I feel so loved. He just simply loves me. Not because I'm very lovable right now! But because of his faith in God. Husband of the CENTURY.
*Still #1 in Sales. He rocks.
*Hunting seasons starts tomorrow. Need I say more?

Love your post! It's so cute! We are going to the Sacred Dove Hunting weekend on Friday. Do it every year, well every year since I've been married! Hope you start feeling better soon.
